If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product directly to us and receive a full refund, within 90 days of the date of purchase.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Obtain Your RA# Before Returning Your Purchase
All returns must have a “Return Authorization” number.
In order to request a Return Authorization, please contact our office by phone or by e-mail for an individual Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items returned without a RA Number, so please make sure that you have not only acquired one from us, but also that it is for your particular purchase.
Pack & Return Your Purchase
After your have acquired your Return Authorization Number you can pack and ship your purchase back to our warehouse via postal mail.
Due to the majority of our items for sale being available for Free Shipping, you are responsible for covering the cost associated with shipping the product back to us.
Please keep the receipt of your purchase and place a copy of it with your RA Number in the return package to expedite the refund process.
