Returns:
All returns must have a “Return Authorization” number. Please contact our office by phone or e-mail for an RA #.

Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments:
Shipments received damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory; please contact our office immediately by e-mail or phone. Keep all boxes and packing materials for carrier’s inspection.
