Policies:

Ordering:
• Orders will be accepted Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM ET, by Calling (800) 521-8444.
• Orders will be accepted by fax 24 hours a day 7 days a week by Faxing (800) 461-5193.
• Most in-stock orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are shipped the same day.
• All orders received after 4:00PM will be processed the next day.
• All emergency drop shipments are subject to additional charges.

Terms:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We can also ship C.O.D. or accept a pre paid check.
• For Business’s that are well-established with satisfactory credit, we can establish an open account.

E – Commerce:

• Harrison Supply Company has made available on its Web Site a limited selection of popular products for on-line purchasing.
• All pricing is based on manufacturer’s suggested pricing.
• All information collected concerning any person, firm, partnership, corporation, limited liability company or other entity, including internal staff who do not need the information in the performance of a transaction, will be kept confidential in accordance with all Local, County, State and Federal Privacy Laws. For the purpose of this section, the voluntary disclosure of personal information for transactions by the user through this website, whether solicited or unsolicited, shall constitute consent to the collection or disclosure of the information. All credit card information is destroyed after the transaction is complete.

Shipping:

• We ship by UPS every weekday. We use UPS next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground Services unless other wise instructed not to by the customer.
• When advantageous, we will use the Post Office’s Express and Priority mail Services.
• We are also set up with a logistics company, so LTL’s are no problem

Returns:

• All returns must have a “Returned Material Authorization” number.
• Special order items are subject to a 20% - 50% restocking fee.
• We cannot be responsible for items returned without a RA number.

Damaged Shipments:

• Orders shipped by UPS: Shipments received damaged or missing, please call immediately. Keep all boxes for UPS inspection.
